Operator and scope
Shanghai Hongtaiyuan Trading Co., Ltd. operates Lvelnoxa. These terms govern use of the store. Purchases are also subject to the Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy and Return Policy. The Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting language.

Lawful use and account security
You must have the legal capacity or lawful authorization required for your use of the store. Provide accurate details and protect account credentials. Do not impersonate others, place fraudulent orders, disrupt security, distribute harmful code, infringe rights or use the service unlawfully. Restrictions for material misuse do not erase valid order or refund obligations.

Listings and protected content
We seek to keep product information, prices and availability accurate. Screen differences can affect appearance but do not excuse a material mismatch with the product description. Significant order-related errors will be explained, with an agreed correction or cancellation and refund; no higher price is imposed without consent. Branding, text and imagery belong to their owners or licensors. Commercial reuse requires permission unless law permits it.

Submissions and external providers
Only submit lawful content you have the right to share. You retain ownership and permit us to display and reproduce your submission for store operation and promotion, subject to privacy rights and law. We do not claim permission to invent endorsements. Availability and liability

Unresolved disputes may be heard by competent courts at our registered location, subject to any right to use another court or regulator. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration requirement or class-action waiver.

Changes
Revisions apply to future use. Purchases retain the terms applicable when ordered unless a lawful change is expressly agreed. Any unenforceable provision is severable to the extent permitted by law.
